Valentine Moon: Fri. Feb. 14 2014

The moon becomes full on Fri. Feb. 14 at 4:54pm. This full Moon rises around sunset and sets around sunrise. This is the only night in the month when the Moon is in the sky all night long. Normally, the moon spends at least some time in the daytime.


This Valentine Moon falls in the constellation  of Leo inviting us to experience and explore our creativity and passion.This should encourage romantic love for Valentines Day!

Traditionally, the full Moon in February is know as the Snow Moon because of heavy snow falls in Feb. or the Hunger Moon because it was hard to hunt.
